The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Second in Charge of Philosophy, Religion, and Ethics (PRE) Teacher to join our vibrant Humanities department. The successful candidate will support the Head of PRE in delivering an engaging and comprehensive curriculum that inspires students to explore and understand diverse philosophical, religious, and ethical perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and implementation of the PRE curriculum.

· Teach engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

· Support the Head of PRE in departmental leadership and management.

· Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

· Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

· Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

About You:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant subject.

· Proven experience teaching PRE at secondary level.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Passionate about philosophy, religion, and ethics education.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to continuous professional development.
