The role: Administrative Assistant (Band 2)
The Department: Ophthalmology Department

As an administrative assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical secretarial team to provide outstanding service to the Ophthalmology department's clinicians and patients. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and wish to be part of a team striving to make a difference and have the opportunity to develop your skills and you can answer "yes" to the above then we want to hear from you., The successful candidate will undertake batch processing of clinical correspondence using MediSIGHT, scanning and general admin duties., + The healthcare provider of first choice for the people of East Sussex.

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal and written skills and have a "can do" attitude. You will have a good level of IT literacy as you will be using multiple software packages.
