Full Job Description
As a project manager on the Securities Services Complex Assets Client Change team you will be working with Clients, managing their Change requests for Derivative Operational and new instrument requests for OTCs (Over The Counter Derivatives) /CFDs (Contract for Differences) /FFX (Forward FX) to JPM Middle Office & Fund Accounting platforms. The Complex Assets Client Change team is a dedicated global team of project and client facing resources focused on managing existing clients change requests into the Operations infrastructure for OTCs/CFDs within Securities Services. The group provides a unique mix of project skills and product development experience providing a consistent, high-quality and responsive approach to manage and execute changes across the firm. The team is responsible for delivering all aspect of change driven by both internal/external stakeholders; and it includes both strategic and tactical investments to meet essential client and business needs. The team is part of the Complex Assets Product Development team in Securities Services.,
- Partner closely with Clients, Operations and Technology to manage change for clients efficiently and accurately across platforms and insuring Operational Readiness
- Engage in the design and implementation of Complex Assets Product Development strategic roadmap
- Provide project management of various new and ongoing complex asset client change request projects including the identification, analysis and solutioning required.
- Communicate progress of the requests with all levels of the organization to keep team members and leadership apprised of progress, challenges and escalations as required.
- Facilitate the delivery of the robust, scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet clients' needs.
- Strong understanding of current operational models and associated priorities for change and strategic planning
- Build a strong working relationship with the business globally and other stakeholders across multiple lines of business providing thought leadership developing options and recommendations
Project delivery/management & business analysis experience is a key requirement - An understanding of OTC derivatives/Contracts for Difference/FFX
- Client communications experience
- Experience working on Middle / Back Office client facing projects
- Excellent teamwork skills to manage global projects across timezones and organisations, An understanding of Fund Accounting and Middle Office
- Experience working with Technology & Operations Teams
- Experienced presenter to an executive audience
