Full Job Description

As the Securities Services Operations Business Manager - Senior Associate, you will be playing a key role in the successful delivery and management of Operations strategies. You will work closely with senior Managing Directors within Securities Services Operations and their Leadership Teams to deliver outstanding Business Management support across business updates, project management and data analysis.,

  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques

  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps

  • Manage and deliver projects and delivers key work streams and tasks

  • Maintain and track set of objectives and corresponding key results reflecting the strategic priorities of the operations team

  • Develop and manage organisation communication strategies for key stakeholders

  • Coordinate team activities and prepares materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions

  • Create ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management, and help design new reports that increase efficiency

  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline

  • Software skills e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Tableau
