Full Job Description
- Input of accurate personal details for all visitors onto SISYS data system (training provided)
- Print and issue passes
- Interrogate the SISYS database to provide records of specified criteria
- Respond professionally to unexpected tasks in accordance with the duty MPGS officer
- Ensure handover of all procedures are adhered to before leaving place of work
- Ensure all visitors are always welcomed and managed in a polite and courteous manner
- Comply with all company rules, regs and policies at all times
- Any other reasonable task within capability
- Assist with security escorting as required
Security clearance required - Computer literate
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
