Security Officer

LSH Auto is seeking a skilled and reliable Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel at our flagship dealership in Stockport. As a Security Officer at LSH Auto, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for our valuable assets. Hours - 40 Shift Patterns - 6am - 3pm early shift. 2pm - 10pm late shift on a rota basis Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor security cameras to detect and prevent unauthorised activity
• Enforce access control policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of security equipment
• Write detailed incident reports and provide documentation of any security-related incidents
• Assist with emergency response efforts, including evacuations and first aid
• Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with staff and visitors
• Maintain a strong knowledge of security protocols and regulations
  
  Proven experience as a Security Officer
• SIA Door Supervisory Badge essential
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Strong observation and surveillance skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
