Full Job Description

As a Security Officer with the Barts Health Security Response Team, you will work across multiple Trust sites, including The Royal London, Mile End, Newham University, St Bartholomew, and Whipps Cross Hospitals. Flexibility in location, working hours, and travel is essential for this role.,

  • Provide a visible and approachable security presence.

  • Ensure the safety and security of all patients, staff, visitors, and public.

  • Attend to incidents and emergencies across various Trust sites.

  • Work flexibly across The Royal London, St Barts, Mile End, Whipps Cross, and Newham Hospitals, as well as other Barts Health NHS Trust properties.

    Proven experience in a security role.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of flexibility regarding location and working hours.
