Security Officer (residential)

We have the pleasure of offering a challenging new position for an experienced SIA licensed Security Officer to look after a number of residential premises in the London area, working on an ADHOC/short term contract basis.

The role requires a proactive and level headed individual able to present themselves in a smart and professional manner at all times.

Duties to include (but not limited to):

• Maintaining the high standard of access control for authorised personnel


• Conducting internal foot patrols in conjunction with external mobile patrols of the local area


• Incident control management as well as emergency situation response if required


• Ensuring all Assignment Instructions are followed and adhered to


• Routine paper work and record keeping as required
  
  The ideal candidate will have a current valid SIA Licence, have the right to work in the UK, a 5 year checkable history in line with BS7858 and have a UTR Number.
  
  Job Type: Contract basis (12 hour shifts on an organised shift pattern with the opportunity for over time if/when required)


Salary: £13.00

As part of the team you will be provided with in house training on site.
