Full Job Description

Control Risks has been providing outsourced embedded consulting management for over 40 years, with our support allowing clients to operate successfully, utilising a wide range of expertise. Our embedded service allows our consultants to be integrated into the client's organisation and provide our service from their site. We are a preferred partner because of our ethics, security intelligence, practical know-how and management support provided by our Global network of offices. With out Global presence and extensive experience, Control Risks maintains an ever growing database of multi-national security professionals to match skills and knowledge with our client needs. We are seeking security professionals to be part of our talent pool. Please note this is a speculative application to be part of our talent pool we draw upon when new roles become available and will not guarantee an interview. We are particularly seeking candidates with a solid experience with:

  • Assisting with security operations for all locations and staff in cities across the UK and EMEA.
  • Coordinating response to incidents and providing in-person support as required.
  • Addressing threats towards company staff, assets & operations as required.
  • Informing key stakeholders on security principles and implementation.
  • Implementing physical security strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Maintaining strong relationships and effective communication across all regional business operations.
  • Developing and delivering security awareness and education programs and materials

    2+ years experience in a security management role.
  • Recent hands-on experience throughout the EMEA region is advantageous.
  • Creative 'can do' attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Experience assessing risk, identifying and deploying appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to manage security challenges in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management in an international setting.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Able to scale with the business and thrive in a rapid growth environment.
  • Experience with contract security services.
  • Capable of fostering a culture of Trust, Honesty and Integrity.
  • Flexibility to ravel as and when required
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in any other languages used in the region would be a preference
