Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor, to assist the Director and Assistant Director of Security & Operational Risk in managing, training and evaluating the daily security operations ensuring a strong focus on the safety and security of The Peninsula London guests, residents, colleagues and hotel assets.

- Supervise security officers to ensure all posts are manned as required and tasks are performed in a timely manner.
- Maintain the highest level of presentation, visibility and professionalism and those of the security officers.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the outlay of the hotel building including entrances and exits., Your daily health routine:

- Previous track record of relevant working experience in similar capacity in a similar environment. SIA Licence Holder.
- Excellent knowledge of security industry best practice across relevant security operations (loss prevention, conflict resolution, access control…)
- Knowledge of security and crisis management related law and regulation.
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations with a strong ability to use initiative
- Fluent English communication proficiency. Expertise in a second language would be desirable.
