  • Duration: 12 months of transformative learning. Progression: Ideal for Supervisors or Duty Managers. Expand your skills, boost your confidence, and earn a nationally recognised qualification. This course offers new knowledge beyond ILM Level 2 or 3, welcoming those who have studied at those levels. Delivery and Support: Work with a dedicated Trainer through online sessions, workbooks, and eLearning. Training Time: You'll spend roughly six hours per week developing your skills. This will include online workshops, e-learning, assignments, and project work. The majority of this time will be spent reflecting on your day-to-day activities and trying new things! Commitment: Be self-motivated, IT literate, and ready to analyse information. Keep a weekly diary of your work and development, and prepare for project work and assignments. It'll all be worth it though as this is a great opportunity to take the next steps towards promotion. You will need to keep a diary of your work and development on a weekly basis and there will be a requirement to analyse and prepare project work and assignments.

You'll take a short test in basic Maths and English as part of the enrolment process. Don't worry, we'll support you through it. If you have GCSEs in Maths & English at Grade C or above, you may be exempt from further study in these areas.
