Self-employed Personal Assistant / Carer

A lady living in Coalville requires support from a self-employed PA with accessing the community and domestic tasks.

Preferred days/times: 3hrs per week, Thursday afternoons - flexible.

Duties: Domestic tasks and supporting client out into the community and pushing her toddler's pushchair.
PA will have access to client's mobility vehicle for use with the client.
There are cats at the property.

Relevant diagnosis: Client has physical disabilities caused by Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis in knees, and back pain.

Client interests: Swimming, watching dramas, films, reading, going out into the community.

The ideal person will be flexible, reliable, proactive and have relevant previous experience. This is a long-term part-time role.

DBS paid for by funding authority, (if you don't already have a certificate).
To work on a 1:1 basis. To assist to maximise independence and to access community social and recreational activities.
