health permits walking and writing poems. I used to be interested in music,
drawing, and sports, such as running, martial arts, and working out at the gym. I
worked as a fitness instructor many years ago, until my physical health
deteriorated. I am a very tidy and organised person. I have several medical
problems along with some health issues which are currently being investigated. PA
will support me to live independently and proactively to maintain my overall wellbeing.
I am looking for a PA to work approximately 10 hours per week, broken down as
follows -2 x 2-hour sessions to support with solving housing, benefits and day-to-day difficulties by problem-solving with me and carrying out admin tasks, making
phone calls, and sending emails on my behalf.
2-3 hours to support with housework and gardening. I like a thorough
cleaning done once a week, in which the furniture will be moved to clean
under the furniture. I have a small garden and would like help cutting the
grass.

The above hours can be set as part of a weekly arrangement. Due to medical
appointments shift times may be subject to chase, so a degree of flexibility is
important., Duties include:

be useful.

Confidence to assist and help me when I am struggling with communication
difficulties. I can often be misconstrued and misunderstood, when I am

there to be able to encourage me and help me phrase the sentences when I
am speaking to professionals.

3-4 hours to be used flexibly to support appointments. Some appointments
will be known in advance, and for some, there will be 24 hours notice.
Time to be social and go out and have a coffee together.

This is a rough guide and the hours would be dependent on what is happening for
me in any given week. I would like a PA to have the scope to be able to carry over
hours from one week to another. For example if I have a medical appointment to
work 8 hours one week, carry over 2 hours and work 12 the following week.
