Self Employed Personal Assistant - TSLNCL

This role primarily involves ensuring the client, a 48-year-old sociable autistic male who loves films and books, leaves the house and travels to his place of work - one stop on the Metro - and then to ensure a smooth transition to start his shift. The client can travel alone but only if everything runs smoothly. He would need advice and guidance when trains don't arrive or are late, etc.

This role will also include helping the client with the compulsory annual online basic course required by his employer.

We would prefer to have someone who has experience of dealing with and working alongside autistic adults, but this is not essential. As long as you have the right attributes - i.e. friendly, calm, patient and supportive - then guidance will be provided.
