Full Job Description

  • The Role: To support an individual with a diagnosis of Autism to maintain her independence by supporting her with walking her support dog and feeding alongside feeding the cat. Encouraging nutrition and fluids. Domestic tasks to include tidying the kitchen and stacking the dishwasher. This is a self-employed position.


    • Main Duties:
  • Animal care - walking support dog and feeding alongside feeding the cat

  • Domestic tasks

  • Encourage nutrition and fluids

  • To support with laundry once a week

  • Support with travelling to appointments may also be required

    Respectful of confidentiality and privacy

  • Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy

  • Respectful of dignity and independence

  • Good communication skills and social skills

  • Punctual and flexible

  • Ability to work on your own initiative

  • Understanding, adaptable and organised

  • Must like animals.


    • You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.
