The Selling Partnerships Manager is responsible for executing key supplier partnership programs and initiatives, focusing on the Supplier Experience Specialist (SES) program, Supplier Demonstrators, Partner Ambassadors, and Supplier Field Teams.

  • Supplier Experience Specialist (SES) Program: Drives the growth and strategic alignment of the SES program, ensuring new supplier programs launch successfully and deliver ROI. This includes weekly and long-term planning with key stakeholders to achieve business and customer metrics.
  • Supplier Demonstrator Program: Manages the end-to-end supplier demonstrator process, ensuring it aligns with business strategy and addressing any brand escalations.
  • Selling Partner Ambassador Program: Oversees engagement programs to ensure store colleagues are informed and compliant within a non-supplier funded framework.
  • Supplier Field Teams: Ensures field teams follow guidelines during store visits, enhancing product knowledge, demonstrations, and correct product displays.
  • Role overview: As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: LIFE Category Selling Integration:
  • Ensure all supplier partnerships align with LIFE Category selling to continuously meet customer needs.
  • Supplier Experience Specialist (SES) Program:
  • Oversee SES program performance, ensuring SLA adherence, stakeholder coordination, and metric review.
  • Engage with commercial teams for brand onboarding, contract agreements, and financial management.
  • Streamline processes for setup, finance, recruitment, and contract renewals.
  • Supplier Demonstrator Program:
  • Ensure compliance training and conduct for all external demonstrators.
  • Manage monthly scheduling, program transitions, and maintain clarity in roles.
  • Work with category teams on demonstrator program development and complaints tracking.
  • Selling Partner Ambassador Program:
  • Oversee Apple Champions and Samsung Elites programs, including recruitment, training, and device seeding.
  • Manage program communications, supporting training sessions and product knowledge engagement.
  • Supplier Field Team Store Visits:
  • Facilitate and coordinate in-store brand training, adhering to key timing and compliance.
  • Maintain the field team code of conduct, align visits with product launches, and ensure accurate merchandising.
  • You will need: -Experienced in how to sell & serve in the store network and fully fluent in the LIFE selling model. -Always puts the customer at the heart when making decisions impacting front of house. -Experience of retail and/or central operations. -Understanding of supplier and commercial processes and priorities. -Multiple stakeholder (internal and external) management experience. -Strong relationship builder at all levels. -Strong understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. -Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels. -Ability to learn and adapt and respond to ad hoc and unplanned challenges and requests.
