Full Job Description

There is currently a restructure within our SEN Department to work alongside our newly recruited SENCo. As a new member of this busy team at Knole Academy, you can join our school and make a difference.
An organised and flexible person is required to work in our busy AEN office providing SEN administration and supporting our SENCo. The postholder will be required to work 20 hours per week, 38 weeks term time with 2 additional weeks.
Hours of work Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm as part of a job share.
Under the supervision of the Assistant to the SENCo and the SENCo:
+ To support the SENCo and Assistant to the SENCo with the compilation and organising of EHCP administration
+ To carry out general office and administrative duties including triage and communication of messages, maintaining diaries, placing resources and equipment orders, room bookings (this is not an exhaustive list)
+ To be responsible for the issuing of appropriate passes to students
+ To be responsible for efficient filing - both paper and electronic
+ To carry out any other duties as deemed reasonable by the Line Manager.

Introduction to Knole Academy
Knole Academy has a capacity for 1550 students aged 11-19. We are an all ability co-educational school with a grammar stream which has developed exponentially over the last few years. We foster an engaging learning ethos, using state-of-the-art technologies to develop new skills and create high aspirations.
