At Future Education, we cater to an incredible range of students aged 3 to 19 with ASD, PMLD, complex needs, visual impairments, and/or hearing impairments. Whether you re a seasoned pro or just starting your journey in special education, we welcome applicants from all walks of life and experience levels.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Supporting our amazing students in their daily activities and learning experiences (think of it as being a superhero without the cape!).
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs because every hero knows that a little help goes a long way!
- Collaborating with our dedicated team of teachers and staff to create an engaging and inclusive environment where every student can shine.
- Building positive relationships with students, encouraging their independence and confidence (and maybe sharing a few laughs along the way!).
- Participating in the planning and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student s unique needs.

A caring and patient individual who believes that every child deserves the chance to thrive.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team (bonus points if you can make a great cup of tea!).
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred, but if you have a big heart and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
