    We have exciting opportunities for passionate, dedicated, and innovative SEN Classroom Teachers to join our team at West Hill School. We are looking for exceptional primary SEN teachers who can help our children to ACHIEVE as much as they possibly can and FLOURISH in adult life. If you have prior experience this does not need to be from a special school, and we welcome and support teachers looking to transfer from mainstream. We welcome applications from ECTs and have a strong reputation for positive support.. Our primary children work at least 3-4 years away from age-related expectations and all pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan covering a range of complex learning difficulties, including speech and language difficulties, autism and/or medical needs. Our models of learning mean that our children are based in mixed aged groups of 10-12 children. All teachers coordinate a subject as part of a team. We are able to consider both opportunities to teach at KS1 or KS2 currently although we regularly promote and support staff to teach across our school., All applicants must be able to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK prior to commencement of employment. As part of our need to comply with UK immigration rules, you will be required to provide Home Office stipulated documentation prior to interview. Early applications are encouraged.
