We are recruiting an SEN HLTA for a specialised school in Uxbridge that caters to pupils with SLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about SEN education to take on a leading classroom role and support the learning and development of incredible young people., As an SEN HLTA, you will:
+ Lead small group activities and support learning plans under the direction of the teacher.
+ Adapt lessons to meet individual student needs.
+ Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to enhance their confidence and independence.
+ Provide personal care and support as needed.

+ At least 3 years of experience working in SEN settings, including experience in a minimum of two schools supporting students with MLD or SLD.
+ Confidence and comfort in working with students with SLD, even if your prior experience has focused on MLD.
+ Willingness to assist with personal care tasks.
+ A valid DBS registered on the Update Service is mandatory.
