Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs flourish? A nurturing primary school in Bromley is seeking an empathetic Learning Support Assistant to provide targeted support to students. Role Overview: As an LSA, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support students with a range of additional needs, enabling them to thrive in an inclusive learning environment.,

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN, including autism and speech and language difficulties.
  • Adapt learning activities to suit individual abilities and targets.
  • Promote positive behavior and emotional well-being in the classroom.
  • Assist in implementing EHCP goals and tracking progress.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

    Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting.
  • A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in education.
