Assisting students with non verbal, high communication needs and challenging behaviour in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Support individual learning plans, helping to implement strategies and interventions.
Foster a positive and nurturing environment to boost students' confidence and independence.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and share insights on student development.
Contribute to the creation of a safe and engaging learning environment.

4myschools are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN LSA to work across schools in Wisbech, Norfolk on either long-term or daily supply. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on a child's learning and development. The right candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of an optimistic student. A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
Knowledge of specific SEND strategies and interventions is advantageous.
