SEN Support Assistant

+ Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
+ Assist with delivering intimate care as required
+ Support the learning and development of pupils with additional needs
+ Carry out general Teaching Assistant duties within the classroom, supporting the wider school team

+ Previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational setting
+ Understanding of SEN-specific strategies and approaches
+ Comfortable delivering intimate care as part of the role
+ A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
