Full Job Description
- Support individual and group learning activities and 1:1 students
- Assist students with behavioural and emotional challenges
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
- Provide personal care where needed for students with physical disabilities
Experience with SEN/SEMH or care roles (preferred) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Training in safeguarding or de-escalation (advantageous)
