Full Job Description
· Provide clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge
· Establish and maintain a safe environment and purposeful working atmosphere which supports learning and in which pupils feel secure and confident
· Contribute to the development of the primary curriculum
· Provide a nurturing environment for our primary SEN students, We are a small independent school who support students which may have previously experienced difficulties accessing in their education We are committed to ensuring that all students learn and are engaged in the appropriate programme of study, which allows them to successfully re-engage with education and to achieve their very best outcomes.
We offer a very broad and balanced curriculum that enables pupils to undertake examinations and gain qualifications including GCSE's, BTECs and functional skills, we also have access to a wide range of adventurous subjects which include water sports, mountain biking, archery, horse-riding etc.
We are seeking Science or Mathematics experts for our schools located across the Staffordshire region due to growth.
· A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
· At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
· QTS/QTLS is advantageous
