Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (HLTA Level) to join a well-established SEN primary school in Greenford. This role is ideal for someone who is either a qualified HLTA or has significant experience (5-10 years) working as a TA or LSA. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be responsible for leading classes, covering for teachers, conducting pupil assessments, preparing reports, and liaising with parents. This is a full-time role with reliable working hours, providing vital support for students with special educational needs., + As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will lead the classroom when required, covering teacher absences and managing lessons independently.
+ You will be responsible for assessing student progress, completing reports, and ensuring each child's learning and development needs are met.
