SENDhelp is working with a lovely all-age (0-19) partner school in Ealing is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This full-time, long-term role offers the perfect opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in education.

3. Full-Time Stability: Enjoy the consistency of a Monday to Friday schedule, working from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the security of a long-term position., As our new SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
+ Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including on or some of the following special needs ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
+ Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, adapting materials and activities to meet the individual needs of each student.
+ Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a holistic support system that promotes each child's development.
+ Help manage classroom behaviour, using positive reinforcement and restorative practices to create a calm and productive learning environment.
+ Support pupils with personal care and mobility, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued at all times.
+ Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to the close-knit community that makes our school in Ealing so special.

+ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN.
+ Someone with strong communication and teamwork skills, who can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
+ Prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is desirable, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
