Support students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
Assist the classroom teacher in adapting learning materials and resources to meet individual learning styles.
Provide 1:1 support to pupils during lessons, helping them to focus and engage in their learning.
Encourage positive social interaction and help with developing communication and life skills.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and classroom teachers.

Previous experience working with children with SEN, either in a classroom or care setting, is desirable but not essential.
A caring, patient, and empathetic approach with a genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed.
Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive attitude in addressing individual student needs.
Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
