SENCo

(TLR1c) Permanent/Full time

Required: January 2025

We are looking to appoint an inspirational SENCo who shares our belief in the highest standards of academic attainment in a comprehensive setting and who has the drive and experience to help lead the school in its journey to outstanding. We employ a SENCo for each of our two campuses, and they work as a 'strategic couple' with the Inclusion team on a range of responsibilities including the monitoring of standards, tracking and analysis of progress data, behaviour management and SEND assessments for students on each campus.

We are seeking to appoint a SENCo who is committed to ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential. We require a teacher who has passion, enthusiasm, alongside the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. They will deliver consistently excellent teaching and learning to help all students to achieve excellent academic results.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to:

·Play a significant role in the development of the Inclusion team at ECS

·Be involved in the development of 'quality first' teaching across the school.
