This is a complex role which calls for the expertise of a confident and proactive individual with existing experience supporting children with SEN. As an 1:1 SEN Activity Playworker , you will .

• Support children within our Holiday Club
• Support children in all areas with sensory activities and games.
• Engage with children through play and sports.
• Supervise children in a safe and welcoming environment.
• Create an inclusive and fun atmosphere where possible.
  
  Experience in either teaching or supporting PMLD children (Profound and multiple learning difficulties.
• Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviors.
• Must have patience and be able to respond to a child s needs.
• Supervise children in a safe and welcoming environment.
Experience for this role is a must have.
