Full Job Description

Here at Bradford District Care Trust (BDCT) an exciting opportunity has arisen at Child and Adolescent Mental Heath Service (CAMHS) to take a lead in Specialist Education Needs & Disability (SEND) for children and young people. We are looking for a highly motivated, approachable, dependable and enthusiastic individual to undertake this role., To work in partnership with and ensure better collaboration between education, health, social care, and voluntary sector partner agencies to enable a holistic focus and sharing of information to support children and young people aged 0-18 live contented and fulfilled lives.

To collaborate with the local authority and in line with contractual arrangements provide relevant information, reports, advice, and appropriate health care provision to meet the needs of children and young people with SEN or disabilities.

They will support the integrated Education Health care (EHC) needs assessment process and coordinate EHCP report requests from the Local Authority.
