Are you inspirational, motivated and passionate about empowering young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive as they transition into adulthood and reach their full potential. Then this could be the role for you, we are looking for SEND Coaches to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Wycombe Campus. This is a permanent role, 37 hours a week / 38 weeks a year (term time only). As a SEND Coach, you will play a pivotal role in preparing our young people for adulthood. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and motivation will be instrumental in shaping their futures. You will lead small groups of young people with SEND on outings within the community. Whether it's exploring local parks, visiting museums, or participating in social activities, you will create meaningful experiences. You will empower young people by teaching essential life skills such as communication, budgeting, time management, travel training and self-advocacy.
