Full Job Description

Join our dynamic SEND team as we seek an flexible and qualified performing arts lecturer to empower our learners across a diverse programme of study. We're looking for someone passionate about teaching a wide range of performing arts skills to students with varying degrees of SEND needs.
This role offers an exciting chance to adopt in managing a small performing arts programme, guiding learners towards broader college pathways and employment within the performing arts field.

Our ideal candidate will possess a full teaching qualification, specialism in the Preforming art industry and experience in supporting learners with SEND. To excel in this role, you'll need exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring both students and colleagues.

Strong organizational and IT skills, coupled with sound administration abilities, are essential. Furthermore, experience with EHCP annual reviews and consultations with local authorities would be advantageous, or a willingness to learn.
