Full Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent role to start as soon as possible. The salary is equal to the main Teachers pay scale plus SEN points.
As a Music Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
+ Plan and deliver high-quality Music lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
+ Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
+ Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
+ Engage with parents and guardians to support student development.
+ Foster a passion for Music and its applications in everyday life.

+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
+ Experience teaching Music, ideally within a SEN context.
+ Strong understanding of SEMH needs and effective strategies to support students.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
