As a Music Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Music lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Engage with parents and guardians to support student development.
• Foster a passion for Music and its applications in everyday life., A supportive and collaborative team environment.

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Music, ideally within a SEN context.
• Strong understanding of SEMH needs and effective strategies to support students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
  
  This is a full-time, permanent role to start as soon as possible. The salary is equal to the main Teachers' pay scale plus SEN points.
