Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint a SEND Teacher to plan, develop and deliver an alternative curriculum for students who are not yet secondary ready and to close the gap. Work with curriculum teams, Pastoral leads and others to reintegrate them back into full mainstream lessons.
Our ideal candidate will:
+ To teach students according to their educational needs, including the setting and marking of appropriately scaffolded and sequenced learning to be carried out by the student in class or as homework.
+ To assess, record and report on the progress, development and attainment of students.
+ To communicate effectively with the parents of students as appropriate.

Stone Lodge School is one of four schools which together form Endeavour MAT. Whilst the school first opened in September 2019 with just four forms in year 7. As of September 2023, we have over 900 students including a growing 6th Form and an eight -form entry year 7 cohort.
