Full Job Description

We are looking for a SEND Team manager who oversees and manages the work of EHCP Coordinators, including advising on managing particularly complex casework and ensuring that the coordinators undertake statutory SEN assessment and placement processes in an efficient and timely manner, reaching appropriate placement decisions for children and young people, within our statutory timeframes.

They will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of EHCP Coordinators, including advising on managing particularly complex casework and ensuring that the coordinators undertake statutory SEN assessment and placement processes in an efficient and timely manner, reaching appropriate placement decisions for children and young people.

The team manager is responsible for improving customer satisfaction levels for the service and is expected to act as a professional exemplar in carrying out all duties with a 'can do' attitude.
