The successful candidate will be part of our senior leadership team and required to deliver quality adaptive teaching to a mixed cohort of students. Therefore, UK Qualified Teaching Status is part of our essential criteria.

This role will lend itself to enable you to feel part of the Outwood family and work with the amazing young people in our setting. As a member of the Outwood family you will experience a number of opportunities to work with stakeholders across the education industry and develop your SEND knowledge through our Trust networking opportunities. Your work environment will be welcoming and you will have access to all the appropriate resources needed for the role.
We put students at the centre of everything we do, with a focus on creating a culture of success; in this role you will support on the strategic delivery of provisions and deployment of staff.
