About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Academic Quality and Enhancement, the Senior Academic Quality Manager will provide specialist professional advice to internal and external stakeholders and managerial support to the University's academic quality cycle through the design, implementation and evaluation of appropriate processes, policies and regulations. Initially this post will focus on the strategic development, management and operation of Transnational Education including the development of new collaboration provision and operation and management of existing TNE partners.
The post holder will also work across the whole range of policies and procedures relating to academic quality, standards and enhancement, including course approval and review, the quality assurance cycle and curriculum management and enhancement projects.
In addition, the post-holder will work to build relationships with the academic community and to work collaboratively with professional service teams within the wider University to ensure the effective operation of academic quality, standards and enhancement activities and the integration, where appropriate, of requirements around data quality and assurance.
Candidates will have a degree or an equivalent professional qualification/experience and will be knowledgeable of UK Regulatory frameworks for higher education and skills. Experience of building and maintaining relationships with staff at all levels and key external stakeholders is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

£49,250 to £56,921 per annum
