The Senior Media Executive is a key role within the team, focused on supporting the MX Associate Director and MX Manager to ensure the client has the optimal media support in place. Working alongside your Mx Manager, the role focuses on media planning and activation, specifically the point where the strategy is translated into a Media Experience (Mx) for clients. This role is to work on/across:

As Senior Account Executive you will be working directly with the MX Managers and Associate Director on this account so provides a great opportunity to stretch your skills up to the next level.

    In this role, where we work with a fast-paced retail fashion brand as a client, your role will be assessed and appraised on the following criteria:
  • Actively seek to understand and listen to others' opinions and points of view.


  • Proactively engage with the wider team to develop a holistic understanding of our services for the retail fashion brand.

  • Understand the service commitments to stakeholders and take an active role in the partnership by attending meetings, taking notes, sharing knowledge, and communicating insights.

  • Build relationships with clients and media owners, managing day-to-day requests with increasing independence.

  • Effectively communicate results, tests, and day-to-day optimizations with internal and external teams.

  • Contribute to billing accuracy and timeliness, leading the financial booking and reconciliation process for campaigns.

  • Quickly raise problems with the delivery of work to minimize the impact on others.

  • Demonstrate an ability to identify, discuss, and communicate better ways of working with colleagues.

  • Proactively show that you care about the team by volunteering for tasks and helping out where needed.

  • Develop and deliver information clearly and concisely, tailored to the audience.

  • Have a clear understanding of the steps within our planning process and support the delivery of the overall strategy.

  • Become efficient in using relevant industry tools such as Telmar, Touchpoints, Hitwise, Addynamix, Mediaplanner, and YouGov.

  • Identify and define target audiences using relevant tools, citing previous work to support ideas.
