Senior Account Executive - International & Public Affairs

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving the day-to-day operations of two key international accounts. Based in London, you will work closely with our Burson clients and colleagues in the Middle East, helping them design and deliver communications programs that build awareness, protect reputations, and reach diverse global audiences. Ideally, you will have some experience in public relations or strategic communications. Agency (PR, consultancy) experience is an asset, although not required. This individual will have a strong interest in complex, high-profile issues and a proven track record of supporting clients in navigating them. Experience in a related environment is essential, as is strong writing experience. You will be responsible for project managing and other key outputs under the guidance of other team members, as well as playing an active role in ensuring the smooth running of accounts. The successful candidate will pride themselves on ideas and smart thinking and will be eager to bring new ideas to accounts and the wider practice. Spotting industry issues and understanding their implications is crucial for our clients. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in this area, along with enthusiasm for media, social media, technology, and geopolitics. What You Will Do

• Campaign Planning and Delivery: Help deliver the day-to-day tactics for our clients, including media relations, social media, monitoring, partnerships, events, and awards.
• Copywriting: Produce high-quality written materials for our clients, including monitoring reports, memos, press releases, project proposals, presentations, social media content, and other forms of communication.
• Knowledge Building: Maintain a comprehensive and current understanding of the media, geopolitical affairs, client organizations, and key market sectors.
• Reporting & Meeting Management: Provide timely, quality-driven client reporting and information delivery.
• Digital Media: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
