Full Job Description

  • Plan and execute sales activity to identify new opportunities for Prolifics Testing (consulting services)
  • Build meaningful trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, from C level down through Enterprise Architects, "heads of" and key influencers. The same with key vendors as a source of new opportunities.
  • Work with the consulting team to engage with customers and qualify opportunities in/out.
  • Develop compelling proposals that articulate Prolifics Testing's value proposition
  • Work with other senior staff on the development of contractual content (Statements of Work)
  • Communicate with Head of Delivery to ensure delivery alignment to sales and customer expectations, Prolifics Testinghas a thriving UK business built on its key vendor partnerships. It has an excellent UK team comprising a Sales & Marketing and Consulting Services team and access to 400+ certified practitioners in Hyderabad. It also has local (near shore) delivery partnerships. Key sectors for Prolifics are Retail and Finance & Banking. Managed Services is a key part of our business and provides a good opportunity for an Account Executive to develop a revenue stream. Prolifics Testing is highly relevant in current "hot" Digital Transformation focus areas.

    Prolifics seeks a seasoned hunter sales professional to join its UK Software Testing Practice, with a major focus on new customer acquisition.It is essential to be motivated in this role as quota-driven individual contributor. The key objectives are to prospect, win customers, grow those new accounts, and develop a franchise which contributes a significant revenue stream of over £1M per annum of services to the business.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as they will be expected to maintain diligence and timeliness in reporting to senior management and to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery of services commences to clients.,
  • 5+ years as an established player in selling software testing services to the UK market
  • Experience growing a single account from zero to > £1M of services
  • Intrinsically motivated to exceed targets and yield significant earnings on commission
  • Ability to influence key client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Demonstratable knowledge of Prolifics Testing's domain and broader themes of Digital Transformation
  • Recent and proven success in meeting and exceeding quota
  • Results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration
  • BA/BS degree
