About this role:

Our Account Managers are the face of Just Eat for Business, and the first point of contact for our corporate clients. A Senior Account Manager will own a number of our largest accounts and will be responsible for building relationships, retention and growth. They are one step up from an Account Manager and this means more responsibility and accountability for their area. They will be required to use their experience to plan strategically and commercially, feeding the necessary information to the Team Lead. They will own the relationship with their clients and will constantly look for ways to grow their network. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for a growth and retention target, as well as planning for achieving both. The Senior AM will be a role model within the team, and will be required to coach and mentor more junior members of the team.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the enterprise segment

  • Find the right corporate catering solution to meet your clients needs and add value to them

  • Conduct regular business reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

  • Share ordering data and customer insights to help customers make informed decisions

  • Be key in cross-functional projects and problem solving, bringing the customer P.O.V to the table

  • Accurately forecast your account set against your annual budget

  • Create reporting and forecasting on the performance of your accounts (quarterly/monthly)

  • Monitor account performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address any issues

  • Use Hubspot (CRM software) and other tools to track metrics and make data driven decisions


  • What will you bring to the table?
  • Experience in a customer facing, telesales, recruitment, client service, account management or fast-paced environment

  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships

  • An analytical thinker, comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Strong relationship builder. Confident speaking to people every day; on the phone, face to face and via email

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • A hunger for hitting targets and comfortable selling solutions with a benefit led consultative approach
