Full Job Description

  • Supplier Onboarding: Look at the opportunity to drive supplier onboarding process in current Coupa system for new suppliers and review the exception management for the suppliers to onboard to Coupa, review 2-way match supplier list.

  • MDM/Data Stewarding: Manage the day-to-day operation for MDM and opportunities for improving the existing flow. Coordinate with offshore team on exceptions for Corp. card process and manage offshore team and queries from the NG business stakeholders.

  • Implementation of P2P System: Support the implementation of Ariba system and BAU process. Proactively look at opportunities to onboard suppliers to Ariba.

  • Front Desk/Customer Management: Coordinate with the Front Desk operations and guide the team to resolve exceptions. Monitor the CSAT scores and drive root cause with offshore team for key areas and opportunities to improve responses from offshore.

  • SOX and Business controls: Proactively ensure SOX and business controls are complied with and reported in line with internal policy, accounting standards.

  • Metrics Management and Governance: Perform a review of daily dashboard for aged invoices and month end metrics.

  • Queries/Escalation management: Proactively work with offshore teams (AP,TP,MDM , Front desk areas) to coordinate and respond to business teams/suppliers.

  • Process Excellence - Drive offshore and onshore identified process improvement ideas through P2P sprints.

  • Service Now upgrade - Support implementation upgrade (through project/UAT and go-live phases).

    You're a qualified or near qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc).

  • Planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting experience.

  • Good understanding of core financial processes.

  • You have financial modelling, advanced excel and ideally Power BI and Power Query skills and enjoy process improvement.

  • You have a strong management accounting background.

  • Proactive self-starter with ability to manage own workload, to time and desired levels of quality.

  • Pragmatic can adapt quickly to a changing environment and can adapt approaches and utilise and align skills to different customer groups.

  • Exposure to business partnering.

  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills.

    Up to £55,000 dependent on experience.
