Senior Accountant

Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes of our foreign entities, in particular our new entity in India.
Improve timeliness and accuracy of financial closing and reporting for International entities.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances.
Prepare and analyze monthly intercompany reconciliations between subsidiaries.
Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide insights and explanations for variances in financial performance.
Assist in cross-functional initiatives and communicate progress effectively.
Support the external audit process.
Implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and ensure compliance.

Bachelors degree, preferably in accounting/finance.
Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Significant experienceof overall combined accounting experience, technology industry and Big 4 experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical, technical and auditing skills.

Experience working under strict deadlines and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Must be a fast learner, multi-tasker with a strong desire to learn and a can do attitude.
Able to work with a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of operational accounting processes.
Must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Experience with NetSuite and intermediate Excel skills strongly preferred.
Critical thinker, able to implement scalable processes.
Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
