Senior Accounts Assistant

position will work as an integral part of the Finance team, assisting with, Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, reconciliation of vendor accounts, and employee expenses across multiple entities Reconciling company credit card statements to receipts and processing in Business Central Vendor Management - setting up new vendor accounts / vendor amendments / bank detail maintenance Maintain accounts payable record and assist in monthly closing procedures Monthly Bank reconciliations and follow up of unreconciled items, ensuring accuracy and completeness Monitoring cash flow and assisting in forecasting cash needs Bank administration- checking daily bank balances to ensure accounts are not overdrawn Proactively make suggestions on ways to improve current processes and procedures Working closely with the Finance Operations Manager on Finance Transformation initiatives

requires a detail-oriented individual with strong experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable processes and a thorough understanding of financial principles., Proven experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable role

• Banking experience (not essential)
• AAT Qualified or studying towards a
qualification Strong customer-centric approach (internal and external customers)
