Full Job Description
The post holder will support the CRT Service Manager and Business Manager with: Performance, data collection, analysis, validation and presentation. They will have the ability to manipulate and report on clinical and business activities and information and will validate and analyse to support performance management for the CRT, Service Manager, Clinical Operations and Business Manager (Business Manager) and various multi agency meetings. Efficient reporting purposes and achievement within tight reporting timeframes. Timely distribution and improving quality in respect of the clinical activity and service data and key performance indicators. The post holder will also support the Service Manager with data entry and use of Trust systems e.g., ESR, Integra, Supply Chain and others., Monitor and manage the S117/Secure Caseload list and CAMHS transitions, report new cases added/removed, and liaise with management to effect the changes Manage the development, collection, production and processing of information and data, including key performance indicators, to support the analysis and reporting requirements of the CRT Service Manager, MH Directorate Senior Leadership Team, and multi-agency team meetings Manage the Team Admin staff who are responsible for the Clinical Review Team diary - ensuring that essential duties are covered. To inform the service manager and leads of any problems/deficits and monitor, record and submit productivity and performance (internally and externally - after Service Manager Signoff).
