An opportunity has arisen for a well-organised, motivated and ambitious Senior Administrative Assistant. The role will be to work in a forward-thinking organisation that is committed to high quality primary care - you will be ready to embrace and manage the changes, opportunities and challenges currently facing primary care., The main duties of the role include:
- To provide an excellent standard of service to our patients and support the administration team in all operational aspects of the core primary care business
- To provide administrative/secretarial support to clinical teams/support services within standard administrative procedures
- To contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team
- To induct and supervise less experienced staff
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to working as part of the highly motivated, hard-working and committed clinical and administration teams. Candidates will need strong communication skills at all levels and possess desirable leadership qualities. The successful candidates will have the ability to support and maximise the effectiveness of our clinical and administration teams through proactive leadership
