Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a well-organised, motivated and ambitious Senior Administrative Assistant. The role will be to work in a forward-thinking organisation that is committed to high quality primary care - you will be ready to embrace and manage the changes, opportunities and challenges currently facing primary care., The main duties of the role include:

  • To provide an excellent standard of service to our patients and support the administration team in all operational aspects of the core primary care business
  • To provide administrative/secretarial support to clinical teams/support services within standard administrative procedures
  • To contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team
  • To induct and supervise less experienced staff

    The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to working as part of the highly motivated, hard-working and committed clinical and administration teams. Candidates will need strong communication skills at all levels and possess desirable leadership qualities.
  • The successful candidates will have the ability to support and maximise the effectiveness of our clinical and administration teams through proactive leadership
