Full Job Description
- To provide administrative support to all clinical teams and support services within administrative procedures
- Contribute to planning & development to the learning disability service as a member of the wider team.
- To induct & supervise less experienced staff.
- To work autonomously and develop administration support systems.
- To be responsible for all aspects of administration of team meetings, minute taking, actions
- To be responsible for all incoming emails within the generic email accounts for referrals and administration for the learning disability team Main duties of the job Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and services. Schedules meetings and carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning etc.
