Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across Luton Rising. The successful candidate will support both the Head of Development Programmes and the Finance Business Partner, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and financial processes.

Key responsibilities include serving as the clerk to the Project Management Office, preparing reports, taking minutes, and managing action items for three programme boards. Additionally, you will support the finance function by raising purchase orders and verifying budget requests for commercial and training purposes. You will also provide backup minute-taking for various internal meetings as required.

To excel in this role, you'll have demonstrable administrative experience, including the development, management, and maintenance of complex administrative systems and procedures. Your ability to take precise notes and produce clear letters and reports is essential.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels are crucial. You should be polite and professional in all interactions.
